The short answer
ClickSend is a bulk SMS gateway sold as prepaid credit: the bigger the top-up, the lower the rate, from 2.9 cents down to just under a cent, plus a flat 0.42-cent carrier fee, with unlimited users and no subscription. It is a sending engine more than a sales tool; the pricing page does not describe a team inbox, and 10DLC number and campaign fees are not published. Signilio's plans are in dollars, from $34.99 a month for 1,000 texts, with the inbox, routing and registration included and carrier fees inside. The estimator shows both bills; what it cannot show is the fees ClickSend leaves off its page.
