This page explains how to ask Signilio LLC ("Signilio") to delete data, including data that reached Signilio through Facebook (Meta) lead ads. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
If you filled in a Facebook lead form
Some businesses that use Signilio run lead ads on Facebook. When you submit one of their lead forms, Facebook passes your answers (for example your name, phone number, email address and the answers to the form's questions) to that business through Signilio, so the business can follow up with you. For this data the business is the controller and Signilio processes it on the business's behalf.
To have your data deleted:
- Ask the business whose form you filled in. They can stop texting you right away, and they can ask us to delete your record.
- Or email admin@signilio.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and the phone number and email address you used on the form. We will confirm we found your record, tell the business, and delete your contact details and form answers from Signilio within 30 days.
What we keep, and why. If you have asked a business not to text you, we keep your phone number on that business's do-not-contact list so it cannot text you again by mistake. We also keep records of consent and of messages already sent for as long as the law requires, because businesses need them to show they followed messaging rules. We do not use this information for anything else.
If your business connected Facebook to Signilio
Connecting Facebook is optional. When a business owner connects it in Settings → Integrations → Facebook, Signilio stores an access token for the business and for each Page the owner chose, so that new leads from those Pages can be delivered. The tokens are encrypted and are never shown in the app.
- Disconnecting: click Disconnect in Settings → Integrations → Facebook. Signilio stops receiving leads from your Pages and deletes the stored tokens immediately. You can also remove Signilio from your Facebook Business settings (Business Integrations).
- Deleting your data: email admin@signilio.com from the account owner's address to have your Facebook connection records deleted and your Signilio account closed. We complete the request within 30 days. We keep message history, opt-out records and consent records for as long as the law requires, because they show that messaging rules were followed.
What we never do
Signilio does not sell data received from Facebook, does not use it for advertising, and does not use it to train artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
