How do the plans work?

Each plan is a monthly price that includes a set number of texts. Starter is $34.99 a month for 1,000 texts, then 4¢ per extra text; Growth is $79.99 a month for 3,000 texts, then 3.5¢ per extra text; Pro is $189.99 a month for 12,000 texts, then 3¢ per extra text. Your allowance resets on the 1st of every month. Need more? Buy extra texts any time at your plan's rate, from $25; they never expire. Larger volumes are priced on a Custom plan.

Why dollars and not credits?

Because you should be able to read your bill. Every price on this page is in dollars: a monthly plan price, and a per-text price for the extra texts you buy when you need them. Before you pay, you see exactly how many texts a dollar amount buys. The one rule to know is that a picture counts as 3 texts.

What happens when I use up my texts?

Sending pauses, and the account owner can buy more in one click at your plan's per-text price ($25 minimum). Bought texts are added right away, never expire, carry across plan changes, and are used after your included ones. Nothing is billed after the fact.

What counts as a text?

One SMS segment. A plain-text message up to 160 characters is one segment; a longer message is split into 153-character segments. A message with an emoji or a curly quote uses 70-character segments. A picture (MMS) message counts as 3 texts. Replies you receive are free on every plan.

How are pictures (MMS) billed?

Each picture message you send counts as 3 texts from your monthly allowance. Above the allowance, a picture uses 3 of your bought texts (12¢ on Starter, 10.5¢ on Growth, 9¢ on Pro). Replies you receive, including pictures, are free.

Does every plan get every feature?

Yes. The two-way inbox, campaigns and follow-ups, Workflows, contact lists, reports, manager roles, and the API and webhooks are on every plan, and Facebook Lead Ads and AI chat support are coming soon. Plans differ only by how many texts are included, the price of extra texts, seats and phone numbers, and the level of human support.

Are carrier fees included?

Yes. Carrier fees are inside the plan price and the per-text price. There is no separate carrier surcharge on your bill.

What happens if I send more than my plan includes?

Buy extra texts at your plan's per-text rate, from $25 at a time; they never expire. Starter can send up to 6,000 texts a day (2,000 of them to T-Mobile), so for bigger blasts choose Growth or Pro. If you regularly send more, the slider shows when the next plan costs about the same and includes more.

How many seats and phone numbers do I get?

Starter includes 2 seats and 1 number, Growth 5 seats and 3 numbers, Pro 15 seats and 10 numbers. Extra phone numbers are $1 a month each. Need more seats than Pro? Talk to us about a Custom plan.

Is there a yearly option?

Yes. Pay yearly and get two months free: you pay for ten months and get twelve. Your text allowance still resets every month.

Is there a contract?

Monthly plans are month to month and you can cancel anytime. Yearly plans are paid for the year up front.
