Comparison
EZ Texting pricing vs Signilio for sales teams
Published pricing, what a plan includes, the fees that show up later, and the shared inbox, side by side. Checked September 25, 2026.
The short answer
EZ Texting prices by the size of your contact list, and every plan below Enterprise includes the same 500 credits, so a sales team's real cost is the plan plus overage at 3 to 4 cents a message plus $10 for every extra seat. Signilio's plans are in dollars, from $34.99 a month for 1,000 texts to $189.99 for 12,000, with carrier fees included, every feature on every plan and no list-size tier to outgrow. EZ Texting's guided setup and included carrier registration are genuinely good for a first SMS program; at outbound volume the overage and seat charges are what decide the bill.

Where EZ Texting is the better fit
- A first SMS program with hand-holding: onboarding, templates and compliance guidance built for teams new to texting.
- Contact-list marketing: keywords, sign-up forms and campaign tools for growing and messaging a subscriber list.
- Dedicated short code programs at very high volume through the Enterprise tier.
Where Signilio is the better fit
- No list-size tiers and no 500-credit bundle: plans include 1,000 to 12,000 texts a month, and extra texts are 4¢ down to 3¢ by plan.
- Seats come with the plan, 2 on Starter up to 15 on Pro, rather than $10 for each extra one.
- Built around two-way sales conversations, not broadcast campaigns: replies land in one inbox and get assigned.
- Registration done with you, on the same all-in rate.
Common questions
- Is EZ Texting cheaper than Signilio?
- It depends on volume and team size. For a team of five sending 10,000 one-segment texts a month from five numbers, EZ Texting's cheapest published way to buy that is Boost, and the published bill comes to $447.50 a month before 4 extra numbers, which EZ Texting does not price publicly. Signilio is $189.99 a month on its Pro plan for the same team, carrier fees included. Which one is cheaper changes with volume and team size, so the calculator above gives your own number.
- How many messages does an EZ Texting plan include?
- Launch, Boost and Scale each include 500 credits a month (6,000 a year on annual billing) at $25, $75 and $125 monthly. Beyond that, extra credits are $0.04, $0.035 and $0.03 respectively on the published page.
- Does EZ Texting include carrier fees?
- For 10-digit numbers, yes, with a $5 monthly telecom fee on the Launch plan; the Enterprise tier bills carrier pass-through separately. Signilio includes carrier fees at every volume.
- Does EZ Texting handle 10DLC registration?
- Yes, its pricing page says carrier registration is included and handled for you. Signilio also handles brand and campaign registration during onboarding.
- What does switching involve?
- Onboarding is white-glove. We'll register your brand, configure your numbers, and get your first campaign out the door with you.
