Textline pricing vs Signilio for sales teams

Published pricing, what a plan includes, the fees that show up later, and the shared inbox, side by side. Checked September 25, 2026.

The short answer

Textline is a well-built shared inbox for support and sales teams, sold as a monthly plan with a few agents and a few hundred credits included, and priced so that seats are the real cost: $50 to $70 a month per extra agent, $15 a month per campaign and per extra number, and credits that expire at the end of the cycle. Signilio includes 2 to 15 seats by plan, extra numbers at $1 and texts priced in dollars, from $34.99 a month for 1,000. On Textline's entry plan the included credits work out to about 25 cents a message and add-ons are 3 cents; for a sales team with several reps sending at volume, the estimator shows the difference.

Common questions

Is Textline cheaper than Signilio?
It depends on volume and team size. For a team of five sending 10,000 one-segment texts a month from five numbers, Textline's cheapest published way to buy that is Essentials, and the published bill comes to $606.00 a month before carrier fees, which Textline does not price publicly. Signilio is $189.99 a month on its Pro plan for the same team, carrier fees included. Which one is cheaper changes with volume and team size, so the calculator above gives your own number.
How much does Textline cost?
Its pricing page does not show prices; its help center lists Essentials at $149 a month with 3 agents and 600 credits and Pro at $349 with 5 agents and 2,000 credits, month to month, with extra agents at $50 or $70. Signilio's Growth is $79.99 a month with 5 seats and 3,000 texts; Pro is $189.99 with 15 seats and 12,000.
Do Textline credits roll over?
Included plan credits expire at the end of the billing cycle; add-on credits bought in advance at $0.03 never expire. On Signilio the texts a plan includes reset on the 1st of each month, and extra texts are bought at the plan's rate and never expire.
Does Textline charge for 10DLC?
Brand registration is covered for accounts with fewer than 50 numbers; campaigns are $15 a month each. Signilio registers you during onboarding, with no separate campaign fee on its plans.
What does switching involve?
Onboarding is white-glove. We'll register your brand, configure your numbers, and get your first campaign out the door with you.
