Comparison
RingCentral pricing vs Signilio for sales teams
Published pricing, what a plan includes, the fees that show up later, and the shared inbox, side by side. Checked September 25, 2026.
The short answer
RingCentral is a phone system for the whole company, and texting comes with it in small doses: 25 or 100 texts a user a month on a $30 or $35 seat, a $25-a-user Booster for a shared inbox, and a separate High Volume SMS product at $0.0119 a message for anything that looks like a campaign, plus registry fees you handle yourself. Signilio is a monthly plan in dollars with the inbox, campaigns, 2 to 15 seats and registration included, carrier fees inside. If you are buying a phone system and want some texting in it, RingCentral is a sensible place to get both; if texting is the outbound channel, the estimator adds up the seats, the Booster and the per-message product.

Where RingCentral is the better fit
- Companies replacing a phone system across sites, with calling, meetings, chat and an AI receptionist in one seat.
- A per-message High Volume SMS rate near a cent for teams already on RingEX.
- Enterprise reporting, integrations and a contact-center product to grow into.
Where Signilio is the better fit
- A texting platform rather than a phone system with texting attached: campaigns, inbox and routing are the product.
- Seats and the shared inbox come with the plan, not a $25-a-user Booster.
- 10DLC registration handled during onboarding, with no separate campaign fee on the plan.
- Carrier fees inside the plan price and the per-text price rather than surcharges that vary by message type and direction.
Common questions
- Is RingCentral cheaper than Signilio?
- It depends on volume and team size. For a team of five sending 10,000 one-segment texts a month from five numbers, RingCentral's cheapest published way to buy that is Core, and the published bill comes to $279.00 a month before carrier fees, which RingCentral does not price publicly. Note: 25 SMS per user a month included; campaigns run on High Volume SMS at $0.0119 a message; $20 a user on annual billing. Signilio is $189.99 a month on its Pro plan for the same team, carrier fees included. Which one is cheaper changes with volume and team size, so the calculator above gives your own number.
- How much does RingCentral charge for texting?
- RingEX seats are $30 or $35 a user a month on monthly billing with 25 or 100 texts a user included; automated, high-volume or marketing SMS is the separate High Volume SMS product from $0.0119 a message sent or received, and a shared inbox is the $25-a-user Business SMS Booster. Signilio's plans start at $34.99 a month for 1,000 texts with the inbox included.
- Can RingCentral send bulk texts?
- From the app, one text to up to 50 or 100 recipients; larger campaigns use the SMS Campaigns app on the High Volume SMS product, and SMS is not available during the trial. Signilio sends campaigns to a whole list on every account.
- Does RingCentral handle 10DLC?
- You register through the registry in the admin portal; RingCentral charges no fee of its own and passes the registry's fees through, including $10 a month per standard campaign with a three-month minimum. Signilio registers you during onboarding, with no separate campaign fee on its plans.
- What does switching involve?
- Onboarding is white-glove. We'll register your brand, configure your numbers, and get your first campaign out the door with you.

RingCentral figures are from its published pricing page (https://www.ringcentral.com/office/plansandpricing.html), checked September 25, 2026. Prices and plans change; we update this page when we notice, and you can tell us at admin@signilio.com. Signilio figures are the rate on our pricing page.
- RingCentral's own pages give two overage figures for texts beyond the allowance ($0.0085 in older articles, $0.0119 on the current rates page); the current rates page is used.
- The 50-versus-100 recipient cap for app sends differs between RingCentral's FAQ and its datasheet; both are quoted.
- Carrier surcharges are not itemised and are not in the estimate.
- The 25 or 100 texts a seat includes are not subtracted from the estimate; on 10,000 texts that is under $2. The $25-a-user Business SMS Booster for the shared inbox is not added either, so the estimate understates RingCentral for a team that wants an inbox.
